Prices that follow the hour we actually sit with
Nothing here is a monthly plan. You pay for a visit, a session, or a return check. Quotes rise when we need evening windows, extra floors, or travel beyond the Klang Valley.
The figures below are starting points for work in Kuala Lumpur and nearby towns. After a short intake we confirm whether the site, the apps, and the call hours fit those figures or need a written estimate.

How a quote is built
We count working days on site or on the remote join, the number of apps that must be captured, and whether someone has to sit through a night or weekend shift. Travel inside the Klang Valley is included in the starting rates. A day trip to Johor Bahru or Penang is added as a travel line, not hidden in the assessment fee.
Deposit
A thirty percent deposit holds the first capture window. The remainder is due on the readout date. Deposits, cancellations, and no-shows are described in the refund note.
What we will not bill as a surprise
Printed copies of the report, the sixty-minute readout, and ordinary email follow-up for two weeks after the visit sit inside the assessment fee. Rewiring, new headsets, and hours spent arguing with an internet provider are outside it — we will say so before those hours start.
