During the meeting, not after
Live session observation
We join a scheduled sales call, clinic consult, or shift handover and mark every freeze, clipped syllable, and reconnect as it happens.
Who it is for
Teams who can point to one painful recurring meeting — a Monday pipeline call, a Friday clinic list, a night-shift handover — and want that hour documented.
What you leave with
A minute-by-minute observation sheet for that session, with loss events matched to what people in the room actually heard.
Scope
One named session (up to ninety minutes) plus a short debrief. Additional sessions in the same week are quoted together.
Included
- Attendance on the agreed call, on site or as a silent extra participant
- A timestamped observation sheet
- A fifteen-minute debrief the same day or the next morning
Not included
- Coaching the speakers
- Recording the meeting unless you already record it and grant access
How the work runs
- Agree the hour You name the meeting, the app, and whether we sit in the room or join remotely.
- Observe Loss and freeze events are marked against the agenda, not against a synthetic test.
- Debrief We tell you what the room heard versus what the log showed.
Who runs it. One assessor. We do not send a camera crew.
Time. The session itself, plus a same-week debrief.
Where. Your meeting room in the Klang Valley, or a remote join if the call is already online.
Preparation and limits
A calendar invite and a one-line brief on who speaks and who mostly listens.
Confidential meetings may require an NDA before we join. We will not attend calls that include children as patients or pupils.
From RM 850 per observed session.
Send the meeting time and the app you will use.
