Privacy notice
This notice explains how Packet Vertex Point handles personal data when you inquire, book, or host an assessment of packet loss on communication apps.

What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, optional assessment type, communication app, preferred date, visit location, and the message you write. During a visit we may note staff first names, desk locations, and — only if you already record calls and grant access — timestamps aligned to those recordings. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, medical notes, or payment-card details through this site.
Why we use it
We use inquiry data to reply, to schedule capture windows, and to write the report you asked for. We use visit notes to match packet loss to spoken words and rooms. We do not sell lists. We do not use assessment recordings to train a product.
Legal basis we rely on in practice
Inquiry handling is needed to take steps at your request before a booking. Visit notes are needed to perform the assessment contract. Where we keep a report after the visit, we do so to defend the work if a later dispute arises, for a limited period set out below.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are kept for twelve months. Contracts, invoices, and reports are kept for seven years to meet ordinary Malaysian accounting and dispute needs. Observation sheets that contain customer or patient voices are deleted or returned within ninety days after the readout unless you ask us in writing to keep them longer for a landlord meeting.
Who else sees it
Hafiz and Priya, and a bookkeeper if an invoice must be issued. A hosting company that stores this static website does not receive your form body unless you also email us. If you ask us to speak to an internet provider or landlord, we share only the timestamps and path notes needed for that conversation.
International transfers
Our practice is in Malaysia. Email and diary tools may store copies on servers outside Malaysia. When that happens we still treat the content under this notice and avoid sending full call recordings through ordinary email.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop using inquiry data for follow-up. You may withdraw a booking request before capture starts. To raise a concern with a Malaysian authority, begin with us at info@packetvertexpoint.digital so we can locate the file. Access requests are answered within a reasonable period, usually fifteen working days.

Children
This site is written for adult staff who book assessments. We do not knowingly collect data about children, and we will not join calls where children are patients or pupils.
